Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders shipped to the EU. HASTREN CO., LTD strictly adheres to EU cross-border e-commerce shipping regulations for shipping and delivery.

1. Order Shipping Time

After customer payment confirmation, our standard preparation and shipping cycle is 6–7 business days. During holidays, minor inventory adjustments, or peak order periods, shipping time may be slightly delayed. We will update you with the latest shipping progress in advance.

2. EU Shipping Delivery Time

The standard shipping time for all parcels shipped to EU countries is 20–25 business days. This timeframe includes international logistics, cross-border customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. The exact time may vary slightly depending on the destination country, customs inspection, and peak season.

3. Customs Clearance and Taxes

EU cross-border orders may incur local customs duties, VAT, and customs processing fees. These fees are borne by the recipient according to local regulations. We will accurately declare cargo information and cooperate with customs for compliant clearance to ensure the smooth flow of parcels.

4. Logistics Tracking and Package Responsibility

After order shipment, we will provide a valid tracking number, allowing customers to track the shipment's progress throughout the process. We assume the risk of damage or loss during transit before the customer signs for the package; after the customer signs for the package, the responsibility for its safekeeping transfers to the buyer.

5. Handling Shipping Delays

In the event of delays due to force majeure events such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions, we will monitor the logistics status immediately and communicate with the customer promptly to find a solution, protecting the customer's legal rights.
