Return & Exchange Policy
This return and exchange policy is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies to online shopping returns and exchanges for consumers in all EU regions. HASTREN CO., LTD strictly adheres to EU consumer return and exchange regulations.
1. 14-Day No-Reason Return Right
EU consumers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period for returns and exchanges, calculated from the date the consumer receives the goods. During this period, customers can apply for order cancellation or return/exchange without providing any reason.
2. Return/Exchange Conditions
Returned/exchanged goods must be in good condition, unworn, free of stains, with tags intact, and not affecting resale. Customers may only perform necessary fitting and inspection; prolonged use, washing, or damage to the appearance and packaging are prohibited, otherwise a full refund/exchange will not be possible.
3. Refund Time and Method
After receiving and verifying the returned goods, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be processed through the customer's original payment channel, with no additional handling fees.
4. Return Shipping Fee Policy
Return shipping fees for 14-day no-reason returns are borne by the customer. If the product has quality issues, is incorrectly shipped, or is missing items, which are our responsibility, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
5. Statutory Warranty (2 Years)
In accordance with EU regulations, all products enjoy a minimum 2-year statutory warranty. For non-human-caused quality issues within the warranty period, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund solutions.
6. Exceptions to Returns/Exchanges
Items not eligible for no-reason returns include: damage caused by human error, stains, water wear, missing tags, items exceeding the 14-day return period, and damage or defects caused by the consumer.
